AY series folder gluer machine has 3 functions: side gluing, double sides gluing and pre-folding. It can add lock bottom function and CD function if need.
DIY series folder gluer machine is also called OEM. We can customize special folder gluer machine to complete kind of boxes.
Cup sleeve series folder gluer machine is special for cup sleeves. There are 2 models, one is for sleeves with embossing line; the other one is for sleeves without embossing line, only need to be glued.

How to use box folder gluer
Box folder gluer is compatible with printing machine and die cutting machine. Matching machine and other machinery can realize automated operation in the box making industry.
Preparation before gluing: Ensure that the carton size is within the range that the machine can paste; Check the paper thickness and the quality of the creasing line; Check if the device is operating normally.
Adjust the machine: Place the paper box neatly on the paper feeding part, and the angle between it and the paper feeding belt is not less than 30 degrees. Adjust the tightness of the output knife so that the gap between the belt and the carton is moderate to avoid double or multiple sheets. Adjust the belt so that the inner and outer speeds of the belt are the same, and the gluing line and the indentation line are kept at the same level. Then, move the glue box to the appropriate position of box folder gluer machine.
Run the machine: Take a few cartons and run the test on the machine. Adjust the amount of glue in time to avoid glue overflow.
Work after shutdown: Clean the belt and glue boxes. Add oil to the machine according to the situation and clean it up.
